The Lemonade Theory

The lemonade theory is a theory based on the fact that lifes attempt to balance itself will always produce the opposite result to the current situation.

For instance, during the year of 2020 systemic racism became a major situation that needed to be addressed. During the course of rectification many corporate entities began to address long held stereotypes like aunt jemima syrup.

What started out as protests against judicial racism became a self reflective response by owners and businesses looking to not perpetuate the stigma of racism.
The gravity of the situation was extreme so extreme it forced everyone except those in favor of the proliferation of racism to demand or make changes.

In my opinion I do not believe these sweeping reforms would not have permeated so deep within American communities and cultures had those in power immediately accepted the lemonade coming from the lemons. Instead those in power felt as though they could stop the production of the lemonade by using militarized police, violence, tear gas and rubber bullets. This only made the lemons even more stronger and ripe in its resolve to produce justice in the form of lemonade. Law enforcement lacked the understanding that it (however unwanted it wanted to be) was apart of the process to bring forth the lemonade (justice).

Finally realizing that the longer they refused to do their part in producing the lemonade (justice) the more bitter the lemons would become. Finally recognizing that if the lemons became too bitter the whole drink (idea) would be destroyed. In so law enforcement and government accepted it part in the process. Finally adding the sweet sugar (reform) needed, the lemonade was prepared to be stirred. Within the whirling agitation of this sweet concoction all things based in racism and unfit for existence in a post racist society was swept up and analyzed. Ultimately removed to perfect the drink. No one knows what this lemonade will taste like as the lemon pulp and seeds are still being removed. As some like their lemonade bitter, others like it sweet. Currently America is hoping the balance is suitable for both sides.
The ying and the yang of life will always bring forth good things from the bad and bad things from the good. Suppressing either will only make the manifestation of either stronger. One must also understand that the manifestation of either will always derive authentically from the source. Even though people may attempt to manufacture the good from the bad or the bad from the good; this will only result in confusion and duplicity. Creating two results. Though many will be fooled eventually all will be drawn to the authentic manifestation over the synthetic one. Destroying the synthetic version and revealing the architect of lies.

The Mary Turner Agenda

To whom it may concern… within this article are ideas which can contribute to the easing of African american poverty and injustice allowing them to gain economic stability while achieving goals often wished of. If you feel this Agenda is Good for the black community.. please leave a comment and follow me for future updates.

1. Government contracts- 25% of all govt. Contracts should go to minority companies. If those companies lack equipment necessary for completion of tasks the govt. Must provide the necessary equip. In return said company will reimburse the govt. With a portion of its profits or at a reduced cost to the govt. All contracts are negotiable.

2. Minority rates for minorities willing to farm.

3. The federal govt. Should provide 40 acres and a tractor in exchange for cut rate harvested goods. The land provided those blacks should be from areas allocated to the program. The cost of the land should be 25% less than market value. Allow the formerly incarcerated to practice law

4. The ability to allow formerly incarcerated black men to study law allows for a portion of the black community to keep the justice department honest.

5. All police must be equipped with body cameras. Raise police pay. Offer departmental incentives for minority hires. Harsher sentences for officers who break the law. Hate crimes resulting in death should invoke the death penalty.

6. Self sufficient communities black owned banks, black owned schools, black owned and operated healthcare facilities

7. For every white owned corporation there should be a minority corporation in competition. With access to capital that allows said company to be as viable an option as the white owned corporation.

8. Restoration of all rights upon completion of criminal sentences except for murder, rape or a violent offense

9. Teacher raises. incentives for graduating high school students to become teachers.
10. Equal amounts of African American militias. Regulated the same as all other militias.

11. A dual citizenship program that allows blacks the ability to choose a country of hereditary descent. Allowing the reclaiming of their african half of nationality.

12. 15 year prison sentence mandatory for anyone who assaults a pregnant woman of any race. I would like it to be named THE MARY TURNER ACT.

13. the creation of an african american stock exchange for african american small businesses and start ups

14. Continuing the ACA that Obama began.

15. Due to the implementation of racist laws that have kept blacks in poverty. All african Americans should be unionized and protected under law as protected workers meaning in times of corporate hardship all others must be laid off or terminated before the african Americans are. This doesn’t mean they can’t be fired for procedures and protocols.

Beyond Constitutional Law. The curious case of Mr. Benson

On October 21 mr. benson was to appear for a court hearing held over since 2017. With his order terminated he faced an injustice unfathomable. Here is his story

As I was called into the court room I noticed to the left of me. A short white lady. She professed herself to be the district attorney. She asked me about my paper work and if I had the documents that showed my diagnosis and prognosis. I stated that I had them. After reviewing my documents she stated these were the same documents that I brought to her in the previous hearing. She stated that she needed other documents. Where upon I stated these documents should be sufficient. She began to give me a date of 90 days to bring in all necessary documents. I objected I felt that I had a strong enough case to have the contempt lifted. So I proceeded to ask for a hearing… I didn’t understand why the petition for contempt hadn’t been resolved. It had been outstanding since 2017. How could my wages be garnished and I still be in contempt? I began to ask questions. The DA began to restate she needed various documents. Suddenly I was interupted by a older slim Caucasian lady who’s face seemed only apparent due to her make up. She said “you need to listen to her and do what she is telling you to do” that’s when I remarked who are you? She stated I am the one who’s representing you. Immediately the district attorney rose from her seat and said wait. Your not representing him yet. Just wait. She then walked over to me and stated as she shuffled through my paper work I see you have these documents signed by doctors but they do not tell me enough and I need to know more. I stated “the doctors said I have degenerative disc disease”. Where upon the district attorney said I see that’s what the doctors wrote but maybe it could get better. Which is when I replied it degenerative which means it’s degenerating so it won’t get better. The district attorney began to say over and over again if you don’t want to go to jail you need to go get the paperwork. I said I think the paperwork I have is sufficient. Suddenly chaos insued. The district attorney began talking with the lady who stated she was my representation as I said I didn’t hire her to represent me. The sherriff and some other white lady behind a computer screen asked the DA if she wanted to get the judge. She said yes if mr. Benson persists on having a hearing. A few minutes go by and out comes judge Joe Johnson. A bald black man with an uncompromising attitude. He begins with his intimidation. “What’s the problem here”? he says. The district attorney says I want to give me. Benson 3 months to gather more paper work. Judge johnson says ok well what’s the problem? DA says well mr. Benson is asking for a hearing. Where upon Johnson responds sarcastically “that’s no problem”From out of nowhere a black lady enters into the courtroom and states that she is now my representation. Funny thing is I didn’t hire her either. She asked if she could speak with me and we went into a side room.

the self appointed council decides to interject. Your honor mr.benson would like to comply with the request of the district attorney he just asks if the contempt is resolved. Johnson denied her request and stated if you have a hearing today your either going to jail or not. What do you want to do it’s up to you. I stated ok, but Johnson stood up and told the self appointed council to talk with me. So the self appointed representation asked to speak with me in private. We entered a private room outside of the court room. The self appointed council asked to see my paperwork. After looking through it she stated I had what I needed that what I had was enough, but the DA wanted a statement from the doctor and not a form. All I asked was that the contempt be resolved and I would comply with providing the extra documents. I just didn’t want the contempt being held over my head. The self appointed council said she would speak with the DA. A few moments later in walks the DA.

She kept at me about the extra documents and I remaind steady on lifting the contempt charge. Again we were at a stalemate. Her last words before she left the office were ” if you want to go to jail we’ll have a hearing then. The self appointed council began to converse with the DA in a heated exchange outside of room. Eventually the self appointed council came back in. During our conversation a lady came in with papers for me to sign from the DA saying I would re-appear in January. I refused to sign those papers as I was requesting a hearing because I knew I would win unless johnson broke the law. After I refused the paperwork the elf appointed council said he needed to give the room to the DA because she had a trial. After the DA’s trial I was called back into the room this time it was the Caucasian white lady with the makeup.

I asked where did the other lady go. The lady said “I guess back to her own courtroom so I’m going to be representing you” she begins to go into the same act she went into inside the courtroom when this all began. How I needed to listen to the DA. and do what she’s asking you to do. How she was trying to keep me out of jail. After the disgusting display of disrespect and belittling I infatically express to the Caucasian self appointed council lady with the heavy make up that she would not be representing me. After we left the private room I had to wait until I was called back into the court room as I waited the black woman returned and assumed her role as self appointed council.

Eventually we end up in front of the judge again. Where I was asked if I wanted to continue with the hearing. I was warned that if I proceeded I could be thrown in jail. My thoughts were why would the district attorney say she didn’t believe I was in contempt but still pursue contempt charges. After saying I was willing to pursue the case I was then told by judge johnson that even if the contempt was lifted today it would be reinstated immediately. So I was in a lose, lose situation. It was as if I was their food and no matter what I did and no matter what the truth was their intentions supercede judicial jurisprudence. Eventually I ended up with a court date set for January 31st 2020 leaving the contempt outstanding for three years. Utterly ridiculous!!! Even though I was working part time, disabled, on welfare and even attempted a vocational school. I was still threatened with incarceration through contempt. What can a father do when the system wants blood and remember there is no front order. The front order case has been terminated. So what am I being held in contempt for, my debt?

Weaponized Justice – how democracy keeps minorities poor

In August 28 2001 I had my son. For his first Christmas I wanted to take him to see my aunt. I was told I couldn’t. it was my child I thought.I have never been one to let someone control me emotionally and physically. That day was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to let go of my world.I had to break my own heart. I refused to allow someone I assumed cared for me use what I cared for so deeply as a tool to abuse and misuse my emotions.I understood that when black women from where I’m from didn’t get their way they would use the child support system as a way to persecute black men.As the Philadelphia child support system cares more about debt collection than they do family relations. I decided to draw up a contract my child’s mother signed it and it was notorized. In 2004 I was arrested for robbery. Before my incarceration in 2005 I owed child support $1,000 by the time I left prison I owed child support $14,000.It didn’t help that while I was incarcerated the support order was modified to a higher amount which added to the extreme total.Month after month I received support notices in prison. Even though the law states upon incarceration all support orders are to be stopped. (What the courts call a stop order.)In 2007 a bench warrant was issued and eventually I received a stop order from the judge. In 2011 I was in a car accident of which I received a herniated disc of which I am dealing with to this day.I was going to therapy while I was in the halfway house. I had a part time job through the halfway house of which my wages were garnished. In 2014 I received a settlement for $8,000 from the car accident and another accident when I was hit crossing the street. In court every cent was confiscated to go to the the support order.Since 2002 I haven’t received an income tax. The court have not deducted these tax intercepts. Furthermore they cannot provide documentation to where the tax returns have gone.every pay check has been garnished SO WHY DO I STILL OWE THE STATE TANF SUPPORT?My child’s mother stated under oath that she never filed for support nor was she ever on welfare.SO WHY IS MY LIFE BEING DESTROYED BY THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA?I’ve been on and off welfare struggling just to get my life back drowning in previous responsibilities and future goals. When I lost my job my unemployment was garnished.Hardships made harder. With a felony it was hard to find jobs all while dealing with painful back issues. I made attempts to file for visitation rights but I couldn’t afford the processing fee.I didn’t have it I was on welfare. So I was hindered by the very system that was supposed to help families. It seemed being poor was a crime and I was being indicted and prosecuted for it.In 2015 on welfare and unable to consistently pay support I was given an ultimatum either I pay $500 or I be held in contempt and be sent to jail for 30 days.Even though I argued that the numbers were wrong due to the ongoing order during incarceration and the fact that whatever money welfare was owed had been paid over the 14 year duration of the order.During my 30 day incarceration I was attacked and my shoulder was injured to avoid paperwork I was moved to another prison.I was told if I persisted to complain about my pain I would be sent back to the department of corrections and placed in the disciplinary unit. While I was in the disciplinary unit I was unable to go outside and I was forced to spend 23 hours locked in my cell. Eventually I was released. In January of 2017 I was scheduled to see a hearing examiner by the name of Tabitha Dorchery.Upon entering her office I was asked to remove my ear buds. I guess I didn’t remove them fast enough. She looked at my child’s mother and stated don’t worry he’s going to see the judge and proceeded to end the conference.Which her job was to receive my information and the mothers information and decide the correct course of action. Me and the mother after speaking to the supervisor stated neither of us were able to say anything. In November I was set in front of judge Joel Johnson who stated that if I didn’t go into a program that Philadelphia child support sponsored (which is how the city secures certain federal funding) I would be incarcerated.I agreed to enter the program for fear of being hurt again while incarcerated. After finishing the program and receiving the highest achievement available from the program which was a forklift certification I left the program.During that hearing judge Joel johnson kept me in contempt. So i have been held for contempt since November 2017.A hearing was scheduled in September 2017, but it is now 2019. an audit inaccurately depicted the numbers in regards to arrears. It could not clarify how i still owed welfare money when they received half of the $8,000 I gained from my personal injury settlement. After numerous hearings the arrears were returned to the 2007 totals.Still denying the 3 years of incarceration that accrued an unpayable $6,000. Also the year I spent wrongfully incarcerated at George w. Hill. After working at ShopRite from august 2018 to 2019 having my wages garnished I am set for a contempt hearing in Oct.A contempt hearing held over since November 2017. To date I have been diagnosed as disabled by two physicians. Now with my felony, and disability I am only able to work part time and lite duty which is an even harder job to find.August 2019 after 18 years of tears my son turned 18 and the case was terminated but i was told that even after the case is terminated I could be held in contempt and arrested for non- payment of arrears. The definition of a debtors prison which is illegal and unconstitutional. The law states that a person is to be incarcerated if he is voluntarily refusing to pay support. The law also states that if one is on welfare, does not have the means to to pay support (indigent) or is actively seeking employment they are cleared from any form of contemptWell after completing the city sponsored job program I earned myself a forklift certification. I found a job at ShopRite and was fired because I took my break. After that I entered welding school where I am at to this day. The school guarantees job placement upon graduation and also provides a work study. All of these things happened while the judges contempt petition remained outstanding for the last two years.During this time I have paid support so how could I have been in contempt? I believe that at this up coming hearing for contempt my rights will be violated. despite my actions to improve my situation I will be incarcerated to make the city money.Which would be a crime itself as my case has been terminated and also I am in school of which I have to pay $18,000 far more than the 8,000 owed in support.I have written this article for future legal purposes.UPDATE!!!After refusing the continuance I was escorted from the court room and ushered into a small private room where I was addressed by numerous people claiming to be my representation and the district attorney. These are the statements. You decide the legality of it. After taking over the case from the lady that was in the initial proceedings this lady began to act as court appointed counsel.https://4noats.files.wordpress.com/2019/06/screenshot_20190603-042500.pngUpdate 2August 2019 my eldest son turned 18 effectively aging out of the system. I was told his case would be closed. At the time I was to pay 187 and ten dollars in arrears. Now that my son aged out I would only have to pay arrears. After filing for a modification of arrears in hopes to have money credited back to my account. I find the same district attorney that presided over my contempt case is now presiding over my modification.Me and the mother of the child agreed to $50 dollars a month in arrears. The district attorney said with a snide remark “see how easy that was…I was Paying on time for the last few months. So imagine my surprise to find out. My account had been frozen by court order. While the balance of my funds were place in the negative. -7,900 to be correct. Why did this happen? Only a few weeks ago me and the child’s mother came to an agreement. In court ms. Keeton said that she only recieved 3,000 of the 8,000 dollar settlement so what happened to the other 5,000?The problem with corruption is that their is no one you can call when the law becomes the violators. Why would the courts freeze my accounts days before I need to make a payment knowing that if I miss a payment I will be held in contempt?I owe a bill. A debt that I have arranged payment on. What right does the state have for investigating my finances knowing we have a payment agreement.

America is the most racist hate filled country ever… Which is why Karma coming

FICTIONAL FREEDOM

On September 19th Candace Owens was invited by Republicans to speak. The committee was holding a hearing on white supremacy and in normal fashion she did not fail to disappoint her culture and community.

She stated that the effects of white supremacy is small compared to other issues such as fatherless homes, welfare, drugs and other issues. Failing to pull the root of the weed instead focusing on the leaves for years black activist have spoken out about the effects of systemic racism on the black community and in normal fashion white racist Jim Jordan and mark Meadows (who used a black woman as a prop in his attempt to claim he wasn’t a racist) placed Candace Owens at the hearing to rebut all the facts and statistics many black activist worked hard to gather over many years of study.

Malcolm X was correct when he revealed one of the racists tactics

To maintain the racist status quo caucasians will employ a poor or aspirational black man or woman to refute what the majority of blacks say. This divisiveness not only allows white supremacy more time to proliferate while black folks argue the intellectual points. It also causes a rift and resentment that ultimately causes oppositional factions within the community which often last for generations.

If we are going to be honest there is no such thing as white supremacy. It’s really just caucasians in control of everything abusing their power, oppressing others and making rules to keep the scales tipped in their favor. Thus we define such actions as white supremacy. Candace Owens knows all to well the effects of white supremacy at 17 years old she sued her school over a racist incident

https://www.mic.com/articles/189097/naacp-leader-who-defended-candace-owens-from-racist-trolls-shocked-to-learn-shes-conservative-now

But we won’t make this about Candace Owens spiritual prostitution for republican purposes we will point out a few systemic discrepancies in hopes to once and for all confirm the denied reality of white supremacy.

  1. Slavery
  2. Jim crow / segregation
  3. The Tuskegee experiment
  4. Ronald Reagan’s crack epidemic to fund rebels in Nicaragua
  5. Bill Clinton’s mass incarceration
  6. Wells Fargo home loan scandal
  7. Legalization of marijuana after hundreds of thousands black arrest.
  8. Crack and cocaine sentences

These are a few examples of whites abusing good faith by distorting government positions, systems and mechanisms. Systems and mechanisms that were meant to provide protection, equality and justice. The realization of these differences has created a phenomenon known as white privilege. Most caucasians are unaware of the privilege because they see it as just living their normal life, but those colored people who are affected by the pervasiveness of white supremacy can see it like a flame in the dark

I see Candace Owens as a bigger problem facing blacks in America. Coming from forced servitude only to be let free within the confines of what another race defines as free isn’t actually freedom. it’s compliance and noncompliance means punishment. No human can give another human freedom. Liberty was given to all men equally. It is dangerous in believing a caucasian such as Abraham Lincoln gave blacks freedom, because it incorrectly gives power to a people undeserving of it. Also it affords caucasians the logic that if Lincoln was allowed to free the slaves than some other president could revoke that freedom.

The psycho-social distortion of perceptive cognisance within the black mind has been one of the greatest influencers of behavior within people of color. What’s more interesting is that the idea of freedom was different in the North than the south after slavery and Jim crow, but both were built on the same premise. What the caucasian had and how the caucasian lived. In the south it was land and farming in the north it was home ownership and business. Both were already achieved and in practice by caucasians.

Fast forward to 2019 we see the affects on the black community. Allowing another to define ones freedom will constantly place them behind. In addressing the issues facing the black community one has to ask how does the drugs get into the neighborhood? Could it be through the Dominican or Chinese stores on every corner? Why are their more Asians and latino stores in black communities than black owned stores? Why does everyone have a gun but only 60% have a diploma? Why are there 4 churches on one street could it be the pastor’s doing the pimping. Its evident the system and policies that have governed the black community was meant to never allow blacks to have control of their own destinies.

Whos to blame? Knowing this system exist we must hold it accountable, but knowing this system exists we must also hold our selves accountable for or choices within it. Indeed as a people we survived by partaking in what appeared to be the only opportunities we were given. Drug dealing, prostitution, numbers, scams, Even college and working a 9 to 5, but the inablity to see the whole picture keeps blacks in the dark. There is nothing a black man or woman can do that a caucasian doesn’t profit from. Nothing. That alone should make one question their freedom or the definition of it. To this day nothing has changed within the subconscious mind of the black man. The driving force in 90% percent of their goals and aspirational dreams is to have or have more than what the caucasian has. The physical and economical ramifications of slavery have yet to be addressed. so it would be safe to say like the economical disenfranchisement that was passed down from generation to generation so was the psychological trauma

Once we recognize that the psychy of slavery still exists within the subconscious mind of black people, because it has gone uncured and unchecked we can then accept the fact that black slavers, uncle toms, coons, sambos and other blacks willing to hurt or harm their people and community exist. This is why we have secret societies like the black boule or black masons who follow a Masonic order meant to prey on the men in the black communities. Understanding black men and their poverty the Mason’s set traps with vices like liquor and marijuana, by using labor as rent. Placing men and women in debts and using that debt as leverage. Corrupting black women and then using those very women they corrupted and destroyed to corrupt and destroy other black men. women using the child support system to impoverish and persecute black men in hopes to receive free housing and government benefits. which in many cities is the only way to receive those benefits are by putting the father in the system. There is no assistance for the black family dynamic which includes mother, father and children. So again we see the hand of the federal government run by caucasians using it’s power to fracture the black community and family unit which is the policy of the United States. My proof is in philadelphia alone blacks make up 93% of child support and child support incarceration case logs. Against all odds the survival of the black community should be seen as a miracle.

The solutions to true freedom under these conditions are not simple. Marcus Garvey said back to Africa that would have been the easiest solution, but deceptive policy has invaded africa under the auspices of missionaries and charities. You can not run from the dark. In order to defeat it you must illuminate it. So the solution in my opinion is for blacks to not follow, but to educate themselves on the history of people of color. Connect the dots where your history has been stolen or whitewashed and keep going. Do ot fall to following people who say they know unless you know they know. Accept who you are as what you are. Where you are doesn’t matter as long as who you are is magnificent then what you are will be the same. Do not follow or desire to be like those who hate you. Pressing your hair because you feel it’s easier to manage. Make up and fake eye lashes, body implants. As for the black men who revel in material things and find adventure in violence as the warmongers do. Turn away from those things give more than you receive and find adventure in wisdom and knowledge as we did in past times. Let us build a new nation
